I had a wonderful experience at the Park Hyatt in Mendoza. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful park and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, although some aspects could use a refresh. The service was exceptional, and I loved the outdoor bar area to enjoy local wines. While the value for money was great for this kind of hotel, I did notice some minor maintenance issues.
